Takeaway Sunday Lunch platter for TWO – 18hr oak smoked brisket, 12hr smoked leg of lamb, smoked chicken thigh and 12hr smoked pork loin with sage and onion potato hash, onion seed Yorkshire pudding, Tootsie’s cauliflower cheese, maple and sesame charred carrot and buttered greens (cabbage, peas and leeks), accompanied by smokey gravy and a trio of sauces – horseradish creme fraiche, mint and redcurrant jelly, and mustard BBQ sauce – with white chocolate and biscoff profiteroles to share to complete your feast.
