Bite Street | The County Ground

Northampton’s hottest street food pop-up brings you the winter warmer version of Bite Street as we put up a big, heated marquee with seating for 250 people.

And what a line-up we have six epic vendors with legendary street food steak house Beef on the Block returning for only the second time this year.

Depending on the weather, there’ll also be tables outside around two Kadai pits with roaring wood fires for that comforting Scandi feel.

Of course, there’s also great beer, house cocktails, cool tunes and great vibes. At busy times if all the tables in the marquee are taken, we may need to limit visit times to 90 minutes to allow others to sit down.

Please arrive via the Abington Avenue gates where there is free on-site parking. Well behaved dogs kept on lead are welcome. Tickets are per person.

Dates and times:
Friday 20 October – 5.30pm to 10pm.
Saturday 21 October – 1pm to 9.30pm.

Last orders for drinks 30 mins before closing. Kitchens close at 9.30pm on Friday and 9pm on Saturday.

Cleopatra’s Kitchen will bring a taste of the Middle East with freshly-made falafels and hand-crafted chicken and lamb shawarma served in freshly baked flatbread

Melt-in-your-mouth ribs and brisket buns from one of Bite Street’s favourites Broke n Bone BBQ

Steak frites with a choice of three sauces from street-food steak house Beef on the Block

Wrap-a-licious Greek kebabs from Gyro Guys – chicken, doner, halloumi or chickpea – served in warm pitta with homemade Tzatsiki – vegetarian options

Incredible halloumi fries with cajun mushroom ketchup, fried chicken and vegan sweet potato and chilli nuggets from Streetchef Peter Lloyd – gluten free options

Freshly-made, flat, vegan donuts, with a selection of toppings, from Flats Doughnuts

Free on-site parking.

Bar selling happening drinks – Budvar, Brooklyn Pilsner, Brooklyn Defender IPA, Punk IPA, Prosecco van, cocktails, cider, Warner’s gin and vegan wine.

Children U10 are free and do not require a ticket. We’re delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs. They must be kept on a lead please.

NB: Only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed at the venue. Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather.
