Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to share with other companies?
Shared party nights mean your team shares the night with other companies. You'll have your own reserved tables and seating area, but the dancefloor, DJ, photobooths, and bar are shared. It's what makes the atmosphere: a full room celebrating together. If you'd prefer exclusive use of a space, we also offer private hire packages.
What if our plans change?
Get in touch as early as possible and we'll work through your options. The deposit is non-refundable, but cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the event with some refund. Within 30 days, we’ll require the total value to be paid. However, we can work with booking adjustments up to 2 weeks in advance.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we’ll ensure your party is catered for. Let us know any dietary needs when you enquire and we'll make sure they're covered. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-specific options are available.
How many people can we bring?
Shared nights are flexible on group size. Whether it's a team of 10 or a department of 80, we'll seat you together. For very large groups, talk to us about private hire for exclusive space.
Is parking included?
Yes. 212 free on-site parking spaces with EV charging. No town centre charges or parking logistics to worry about.
Is it just for corporate groups?
Our Christmas Party Nights are designed for work Christmas parties, but friend groups and private groups are also welcome on shared nights.
